keys to a healthier lifestyle are simply to eat healthier foods and exercise more. The problem is that many don’t stick it out and give up on having a healthy lifestyle after a day or two of trying.

That’s where hypnosis weight loss comes in. If you currently don’t eat a healthy diet and don’t exercise as much as you should, you need to change your mindset. The reason that you’re doing, whatever it is that you’re doing regarding diet & exercise, is because of habit.

Habits exist in our subconscious minds and changing habits can be VERY challenging. The moment you decide to start a new diet and/or exercise program, you are attempting to create a new habit. This means that you’re also trying to get rid of your old habits. Unfortunately, your subconscious mind will do everything in its power, and it has a lot of power, to thwart your success.

It’s not that your subconscious mind doesn’t want you to be happy and healthy. In fact, the opposite is true. Your subconscious mind wants to keep doing things the way that it’s grown accustomed to. It views change as a threat even when that change is good for you. So, we need to find a way to reprogram that part of your mind so that it actually WANTS to eat healthier and exercise more.

Hypnosis is the fastest way, aside from a traumatic experience, to reprogram your subconscious mind. The cool part is that you can install any habit you want into your subconscious mind using hypnosis. Imagine waking up in the morning and having a natural desire to exercise. And, imagine having subconscious cravings for healthy food!

Once your subconscious mind is programmed using hypnosis weight loss, you will instinctively begin to think and act, like the fit, healthier version of you. Losing weight will then become an automatic, unconscious response throughout your daily lifestyle.

Me after 8-months of intermittent fasting & hypnosis

Choosing a diet & exercise program is beyond the scope of this article, but I’ll share a few that I’ve recently had success with. I recommend looking into intermittent fasting. That is where you only eat during an 8-hour window. During the other 16-hours, you don’t eat any food but can have as much water as you like. You can also drink coffee or tea during the fast as long as you don’t add any cream or sweetener. I’ve been doing this for the past 8-months and have been able to lose fat & gain muscle simultaneously, which is generally a tricky thing to do.

During the eating window, you can pretty much eat whatever you want. I recommend keeping it as healthy as possible though so that you can have as much energy and good health as possible. Stick to fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and healthy fat. It’s also ok to eat the foods that you love, just don’t make sweets the main part of the diet.

As for exercise, the latest studies show that high-intensity workouts, or interval training, is better for weight loss than long cardio sessions. Do a quick search for Tabata Intervals on Youtube to find out how to workout in the shortest time possible while yielding incredible results.

Finally, don’t skip out on weight training. One of the best ways to lose fat is to add more muscle to your body. Plus, lifting weights will also strengthen your bones so that you feel great throughout the years. If you’re new to weight training, you may want to hire a personal trainer or use a product like P90X or something similar so that you know you’re doing it correctly.
