How Does Hypnosis Work?
I am finding that your relieving stress hypnosis is helping me to settle down some and be better able to focus on the NOW and not spend much time and energy on the “things I cannot change” like you say over and over again.
I keep copies of the serenity prayer around but now it is being worked out in my subconscious thanks to you. You really do have a healing ministry.
Each time I listen to your sessions I find that I am more and more peaceful. I am almost tired because the adrenaline rush of so much drama is quickly leaving me. I am pretty amazed. It’s like taking a time released Effexor without the side effects.

The doctor said I should do yoga (no) or meditate (I want to, have tried, have not made it work, don’t see a pathway to making the time and creating new habits) Right about that time I had an invite from Chad Chesmark‘s page and I watched his ad (super well put-together) and I thought it would be a great way to ease into some quiet time…I can say this: each time I’ve listened to it I’ve relaxed, utterly, and I’ve never made it completely to the end… instead, I am ‘woken’ by the music…gently…and I feel refreshed and awesome.
I have generally been in a way better place since I started using it AND it saved me from a panic attack the other night.
